柴油發(fā)電機是一種小型發(fā)電設(shè)備,系指以柴油等為燃料,以柴油機為原動機帶動發(fā)電機發(fā)電的動力機械。整套機組一般由柴油機、發(fā)電機、控制箱、燃油箱、起動和控制用蓄電瓶、保護裝置、應(yīng)急柜等部件組成??捎糜诟鞣N家庭、辦公室、大中小型企業(yè)日常發(fā)電以及應(yīng)急發(fā)電。
溫度及壓力的控制在柴油機運行中非常關(guān)鍵,潤滑油壓力、燃油壓力不足,柴油機將無法運行。目前的大功率中速柴油機大都有一套比較完整的監(jiān)控檢測系統(tǒng),對柴油機的一些重要參數(shù)(如溫度、壓力等)進(jìn)行監(jiān)控,一旦這些參數(shù)超出設(shè)定范圍就聲光報警或自動停機。
柴油發(fā)電機組設(shè)有氣缸排氣、透平排氣、主軸承、發(fā)電機定子、缸套水、潤滑油等溫度監(jiān)測及燃油、起動空氣、潤滑油、生水、缸套水、油嘴水、進(jìn)氣等壓力監(jiān)測。這些溫度及壓力監(jiān)測、報警及安全停機系統(tǒng)主要由裝在控制屏上的CMR424、CMR524單元組成。
柴油機在運行中溫度傳感元件眾多,但大致可分為熱電阻(PT100)和熱電偶(Ni-Cr/Ni-Al)2種類型。通過熱電阻傳感器在溫度變化時阻值的變化和熱電偶傳感器在溫度變化時熱電勢的變化,將信號傳送到CMR424系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)化、比較、打印、顯示并作用于報警或跳機。壓力的變送主要是通過現(xiàn)場的壓力變送器將信號傳送到CMR424系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)化、比較、打印、顯示并作用于報警或跳機。

The control of temperature and pressure is crucial in the operation of diesel engines. Insufficient lubricating oil pressure and fuel pressure will prevent the diesel engine from running. At present, most high-power and medium speed diesel engines have a relatively complete monitoring and detection system that monitors some important parameters of the diesel engine, such as temperature, pressure, etc. Once these parameters exceed the set range, an audible and visual alarm or automatic shutdown will be triggered.
The diesel generator set is equipped with temperature monitoring for cylinder exhaust, turbine exhaust, main bearings, generator stator, cylinder liner water, lubricating oil, etc., as well as pressure monitoring for fuel, starting air, lubricating oil, raw water, cylinder liner water, nozzle water, intake, etc. These temperature and pressure monitoring, alarm, and safety shutdown systems are mainly composed of CMR424 and CMR524 units installed on the control screen.
There are many temperature sensing components in diesel engines during operation, but they can be roughly divided into two types: thermistor (PT100) and thermocouple (Ni Cr/Ni Al). The signals are transmitted to the CMR424 system for conversion, comparison, printing, display, and applied to alarm or trip by detecting the changes in resistance value of the thermal resistance sensor and the changes in thermoelectric potential of the thermocouple sensor during temperature changes. The transmission of pressure is mainly achieved by transmitting signals to the CMR424 system through on-site pressure transmitters for conversion, comparison, printing, display, and application to alarm or trip.
